The Causes of Stress


How often have you felt stress? People tend to experience stress if they have a problem. Actually, trivial things can make us stress and can be caused in many factors. The first cause is Laptop. Many tasks often make us have to bring them at home. The result, time to rest and chat with family are reduced, instead we spent back in front of laptop. If we are in front of it, our arms and shoulders become tense and the roar of breath even faster. And also reading too much information can make us stress, and can affect the physical condition of the body. The second is Bedroom. Actually, it is the most convenient place to rest. Therefore, we should be able to create a comfortable bedroom. Do not used to put clothes and other items on the bed. The messy condition of the bedroom will be one factor that makes us difficult to be happy, until culminate stress. The third is little friend. Actually, having a pet will make our lives more colorful and happy. However, when our little friend has started acting up to disrupt our sleep patterns and make the house messy, it will also lead to stress. Regardless of its cause, stress is bad condition that needs to be taken seriously.

  1. I always feel uncomfortable and stress and you give me a several way to relax myself. However I have already done some of these way, it is useless. Do you get some other way is useful? I heard stay with each other when you get stress, you can reduce your stress, do you want to try? In addition, friend’s supporting will give me confidence. May be next time I should call my friend when I feel uncomfortable.
