SCHOOL AND COLLEGE

College is an education phase that has a significant leap forward with the previous phase of senior high school. Many differences between college and school that sometimes make new students become quite "shocked" by the existing system, such as in learning system. There are some differences between school and college when viewed from learning system. First, judging from the time of learning, school is administered for 6 days with a fixed time from morning to afternoon with two breaks. While in college, learning carried out an average of 5 days with no fixed time each day with an accumulation less time than school. Second, judging from the subjects, at school, during the three years subjects that presented  each semester will be the same ad the difference is only the substance. In college, courses that are taken per semester will vary according to weight ration and credits taken. Third, judging from the dress uniform. In school, we have to wear uniforms, but on campus, we are free to wear anything from polite and appropriate regulations. In sum, school and college have the same goal. Both of them are place to learn, it is only has different in learning system.

The Causes of Stress

How often have you felt stress? People tend to experience stress if they have a problem. Actually, trivial things can make us stress and can be caused in many factors. The first cause is Laptop. Many tasks often make us have to bring them at home. The result, time to rest and chat with family are reduced, instead we spent back in front of laptop. If we are in front of it, our arms and shoulders become tense and the roar of breath even faster. And also reading too much information can make us stress, and can affect the physical condition of the body. The second is Bedroom. Actually, it is the most convenient place to rest. Therefore, we should be able to create a comfortable bedroom. Do not used to put clothes and other items on the bed. The messy condition of the bedroom will be one factor that makes us difficult to be happy, until culminate stress. The third is little friend. Actually, having a pet will make our lives more colorful and happy. However, when our little friend has started acting up to disrupt our sleep patterns and make the house messy, it will also lead to stress. Regardless of its cause, stress is bad condition that needs to be taken seriously.

Jember Fashion Carnaval

Every year, there is a big event in my city, the name is Jember Fashion Carnaval. Jember Fashion Carnaval or often called JFC is a fashion carnival event held every year in my city, Jember-East Java, Indonesia. A total of 400 carnival's participants wear fashion, run way and dance, in the main street of Jember was witnessed by hundreds thousands of spectators on either side of the road. They are divided into 8 processions, each procession reflect fashion trends during the year. The first procession is Archipelago which takes the theme of the national dress of a particular area on a regular basis such as Java, Bali, Sumatra, and so on. More file past the theme of fashion is a trend that is of a country, a particular group, movie, event or other global events. All clothing are made in the form of costumes are all in competition to win prizes. Arena that is used to show JFC is the main road of Jember along the 3.6 kilometers. This event is held every year in order to welcome the Independence Day.

In addition to being a means to showcase the nation's cultural and natural wealth of Indonesia, the parade is also able to enrich the creativity of the nation to remember there are some participants who use and recycling of scrap materials from the surrounding environment. The uniqueness of this event also attracted international attention because it appears among the local participants are foreign participants who also attended the annual parade in Jember.

So, when are you going to visit Jember?

Different Types of Vacation

Everyone in the world would need a vacation after doing activities and daily routines from Monday to Friday. People usually take advantage of the vacation on weekend to visit the places which they like together with family or relatives.

There are five different types of vacation:

1. Sport vacation: The type of vacation that the activity is filled by exercising the body. The choices can be variety, such as playing basketball or indoor soccer with friends, ride a bike around, or just relaxing on board gliding skate. I always ride bycicle at morning weekend with my family to the square, because at weekend is usually crowded.
2. Nature vacation: The type of this vacation invites us to dare to adventure in the wild. Although it seems a bit extreme but the nature of holiday can be a fun vacation. I've climbed the mountain in one of my city, the name of the mountain is Mount “Bromo”. This mountain is very famous in my country, even many tourists who knew it too much because the mountain has an exotic beauty.
3. History vacation : The type of this vacation is carried out by surround the historic places and has a cultural value. Venues can vary. Ranging from museums to monuments of struggle. I have visited national monument in the capital, it is a huge monument. If we want to rise to the top of the monument we must take the elevator. We can see the natural beauty from the above, and we can know the history of the republic of Indonesia's independence.
4. Water vacation: It's kind of a special vacation for us to make the beach and water park as a place to vacation destinations. In addition, we also can play in the sand beach and enjoy the sunset. There is “Watu Ulo” beach in my city, called Watu Ulo beach because there is a long snake-shaped rock.
5. Urban vacation:  it is the type of urban children's vacation, it is easy for hanging out at the mall, foing to coffee shop, and playing games arcade or movie theater. If there is spare time, I usually go to the mall with my friends. We are not just shopping there, but we also can play anything there.
