TIPS TO GAIN NATURAL WEIGHT

Having body that is too thin can makes people inferior. They are afraid to say malnourished, but every day they feel they have to consume nutritious foods. Too thin can makes less good performance, bone spurs appear everywhere which is not very pleasant to be seen. Having fat body is a desire for thin person. For people who want to gain weight, here are some ways to fatten the body naturally:
  1. Sport
    With exercise the body will be healthy, so the
    function of body will properly. Keep at least once a week to sport. With doing sport can makes you at least sweat. 
  2. Drinking milk
Milk can fatten your body, especially full cream milk. It is recommended to drink full cream milk twice a day.
  1. Chew food
When the food in the mouth then chew until smooth. This is done to facilitate the work of the stomach.
  1. Eat regularly
Eat regularly every day. Always have breakfast in the morning, lunch and dinner on time.
  1. Enough sleep
Our bodies need minimum 8 hours for rest. Always try to take a nap.
  1. Reduce smoking and staying up late.
  2. consume egg whites once a day.
  3. Check your health
  4. Eating snacks at night and should be routinely, such as bread, nuts, and other snacks that have high protein.
  5. Drink plenty of water
Drink as much as 8 glasses a day, then to fatten the body suggested increasing the number of drinks per day.
